1. Who sells MinerXP
MinerXP is sold by Euro Staff Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. For support, contact admin@minerxp.com.
2. What the membership includes
MinerXP membership is a one-time payment of £19.99 for access to the private member area and protected downloads for the local MinerXP controller. The controller runs on the member’s own computer. It does not mine on the MinerXP website or Vercel.
The member is responsible for their computer, electricity costs, wallet address, pool selection, local-controller choices, and compliance with applicable law. MinerXP never requires a wallet recovery phrase, private key, or remote access to a member’s device.
3. Required MinerXP network allocation
When a member starts a MinerXP-managed mining session, 90% of active mining time is directed to the public Monero wallet entered by the member and 10% is directed to MinerXP’s public commission wallet. The local dashboard displays the current destination and the time remaining in that allocation window. This allocation is a mandatory part of the membership and is not an optional donation.
Official XMRig binaries also include their own separate built-in developer donation (currently 1%); that is independent of the MinerXP 90/10 destination allocation. Electricity use remains the member’s responsibility throughout both allocation windows.
4. Important risk disclosure
Mining returns are not guaranteed. Cryptocurrency prices, network conditions, hardware performance, pool fees, device temperatures, and electricity prices can change. Membership does not promise earnings, profitability, a particular hashrate, or any return on payment.
5. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is £19.99 for one membership. Payments are handled by Stripe. Access is activated only after Stripe confirms a successful payment; we do not receive or store card details.
6. Referral rewards
Eligible paid members receive a unique MinerXP referral link. For each new member who uses that valid link and completes a successful live £19.99 MinerXP payment, MinerXP records a £5.00 GBP referral reward for the referring member. Rewards are not mining earnings, investment returns, or cryptocurrency payouts.
Rewards remain pending for 30 days after the successful payment and become available only if the payment is not refunded, disputed, fraudulent, reversed, or otherwise invalidated. The minimum available balance for a payout request is £20.00. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, attempts to manipulate tracking, and referrals connected to chargebacks or abuse are ineligible and may be reversed. Payouts are handled separately in GBP after the member requests them; members are responsible for any personal tax reporting that applies to rewards they receive.
7. Digital delivery and cancellation
The membership includes digital content and protected installer downloads. Before payment, the checkout form asks for your express request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the cancellation information. If you give that consent and access/delivery begins, your 14-day right to cancel may be lost as explained on our Refunds & cancellation page.
8. Acceptable use and access
Use MinerXP only on devices you own or are authorised to administer. Do not bypass access controls, distribute protected downloads, use the software to harm others, or represent MinerXP as guaranteeing profits. We may block access for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security reasons.
9. Support and statutory rights
Contact admin@minerxp.com if the supplied digital content is faulty, not as described, or you need support. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
