Digital delivery
MinerXP membership includes immediate access to protected digital downloads. At checkout, you are asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery/access begins, your 14-day right to cancel may be lost.
Refund requests
For help, a billing query, or a refund request, email admin@minerxp.com with the email used for purchase, purchase date, and a short explanation. Euro Staff Ltd will review the request and respond using that email address.
Faulty or misdescribed content
If digital content is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Nothing on this page removes statutory consumer rights.
