Information we use
We use the name and email address you provide, membership status, payment-confirmation information (such as the Stripe Checkout session ID and amount), referral-code attribution and reward status, support notes, and sign-in timestamps. We do not receive or store your card number, wallet recovery phrase, or private key.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, confirm payment, send verification and access emails, deliver protected downloads, prevent fraud or misuse, and provide support.
Service providers
MinerXP uses Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Neon for member-record storage. Their processing is limited to operating the relevant service. Your local mining controller runs on your device; its local telemetry is not sent to the public MinerXP website.
Retention and security
We retain account and payment-confirmation records while the membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for support, security, tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Access is protected with email verification and signed sessions. If you select Remember me, we store a secure, HttpOnly signed session cookie on that device for up to 30 days; do not use it on a shared device. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection by emailing admin@minerxp.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.
